Get ready to eat til your pants drop! Cos this is Naked For Satan!!! :O

Alright, along the infamous Brunswick St, lies a small shop next to Dangerfield! Haha I had to mention Dangerfield because it’s one of my boyfriend’s favourite place to shop. He likes the style of clothing there. Though, he never buys anything in the end because it is beyond his budget range. (he still insists on stepping in every once in a while)

This place sells what we call pintxos. These are certain bar snacks which in my opinion, somewhat resembles a bruschetta. They are famously eaten in nothern Spain and in the Basque country. Also, it is said they are related to Tapas.
Naked for Satan is literally a bar. But for  80cents per piece of pintxos for lunch, who can resist?!?! I hopped on the tram and head out!

Pintxos on the plate

Right, you can see here on the plate I took clockwise from left : Fried rice balls on cream cheese, Seafood and carrot with flying fish roe, Ham terrine with Dijon mustard and Mushroom with carrot puree.
The Fried Rice balls are too hard for my liking. And because it’s cold, it didn’t go too well for me. I loved the mushrooms I gotta say. It was fresh and the carrot puree gave its sweetness. Of course the ham terrine was pretty much tasty as well.

Grapefruit, Chinoto, Blood Orange

Yeap, each of us had a go with drinks. Chinoto (an Italian version of Coke) had a pretty weird after taste. And I took the classic blood orange authentic yes!!!

 

 

On the top left, you see prawns with capsicum, wagyu bresala and on the right, quiche!!! – All were very yummy yes.
And I leave the focus to you – Smoked salmon with pickled onions (they were my favourite!!)

Clockwise : Roasted eggplant, Smoked chilly mussels with chick pea, Scallop with mash peas and cherry tomatoes

The “other” eggplant…. Hahah with goat cheese this time! I like the eggplant but the goat cheese is a tad bit too strong for me.
